De-identify - Collapse into diamond with sample count on it

Before publication, people are often asked to collapse a pedigree to make it less identifiable.

It may be possible to work this out from proband, but it's probably better to manually tag them as private/not-interesting/collapse - or drag to select multiple then collapse. Then you can collapse/expand the diamond etc
