For the enjoyment bars, you select the bar (which highlights it) of the actor you want to adjust for enjoyment.
But it's extremely confusing, and requires reading the code to understand. Otherwise it just looks like a display bug
Not sure if it's bugged or just unfinished but I'd recommend it's just removed. It's too cumbersome, having to open the UI, click the specific element, close the UI, etc. And IMO doesn't really serve a purpose given it's only for multi-actor scenes and doesn't really make sense with animation speed adjustments (Since all actors would be sped up, not just this target)
