Complete the remaining work migrated from project status

Work

• Land the documentation consolidation branch
  (docs/consolidate-knowledge-system) for human review.
• Wire pnpm docs:check into CI (.github/workflows/docs.yml) and confirm
  it runs green on the next push.
• Optionally publish the Blume docs site for Reader (one of the "few core
  projects" — confirm with the operator before deploying).

Context

Migrated from STATUS.md on 2026-07-29 when Fleet made GitHub Issues the sole operational work queue.

This issue is the to-do. Link the implementing pull request with Closes #<issue>; the linked pull request makes the work in progress, and merge + issue closure makes it done.

The concrete repository work is already complete: documentation consolidation landed in PR #21, .github/workflows/docs.yml runs the existing docs:check command, and the latest main-branch Docs run passed at e153674. The optional Blume publication is a separate operator-owned production decision, not unfinished repository work.
