0115_H_PULM_ALGS also has a model and mesh creation error

Description

Logging the steps here for the second Alagille model: 0115_H_PULM_ALGS. The GUI shows errors when I try to create a solid model from the preexisting segmentations.

I am using SimVascular 2025.12.21 in Ubuntu 24.

Reproduction

SimVascular 2025.12.21 in Ubuntu 24. Open VMR project for this model and create a model from the segmentations. Note: deselect the stent segmentations.

Expected behavior

Error-free model creation.

To address the issue, I have gone through the following steps so far that I am logging here:

1. First I went through and fixed all the osculating circles by decreasing the radii for LPA_01_02.ctgr, LPA_02_02_02.ctgr, and LPA_05.ctgr. After this, I successfully created the solid model. (This was to address the same issue as Model creation throws a warning for 0114_H_PULM_ALGS #32 )
2. However, the mesh failed to generate, so I am currently looking into this now. The error message is

PLC Error:  A segment and a facet intersect at point (-4.46868,-16.8875,-9.47972).
  Segment: [10358,28430] #-1
  Facet:   [28426,10373,28427] #33
ERROR: TetGen quit and returned error code 3
