[3.0]: Missing/non-capitalized language strings

Basic Information

In the PM area, there are a few apparent missing or incorrectly capitalized language strings...

On the "Messages" menu, "Send" and "Sent" aren't capitalized:

On the "Actions" menu when you're in your sent items area, the "Prune" option isn't capitalized:

On the "Preferences" menu, you have "manlabels" and "manrules" instead of "Manage Labels" and "Manage Rules":

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to your inbox or sent items
2. Hover over the various menus

Consistently capitalized and meaningful menu names

Could we just use text-transform: capitalize; here? Let the browser handle it along with their native language, as long as we have sent the correct character set information to the browser, it should know how to do that.

We could, but in 2.1, the "send", "sent" and "prune" options are more than just single words, so I'm guessing those are missing language strings as well ("send" is "New Message", "sent" is "Sent Messages" and "prune" is "Prune Messages")
