Feature Request: Add ability to specify credentials as arguments to the execution of Snaffler #174

Description

@robertstrom

It would be nice to be able to supply credential arguments on the command line so that Snaffler can be used on a computer that is not joined to a domain.

I know that it is possible to use runas /netonly to supply credentials when running Snaffler from a system that is not domain joined, but I am hoping that if Snaffler has this option that it will be able to run on a Linux system that has wine and mono-complete installed.

I know that the executable actually runs in that situation, but there is no way that I know of to pass the necessary credentials in that situation.

If you know of an existing way to do that please let me know. If not, please consider adding the ability to specify the credentials on the command line.

Thanks!
