Tandem Breaker Support?

I was wondering if anyone knew if the API supported or reports tandem breakers. The tandem circuits are correctly listed in the native IOS app but not within the integration. (I'm constantly getting high amperage warnings on my tandem 20-30 washer dryer)

What version of the integration do you have and what panel firmware?

What do the attributes say the tabs are for the circuit in question and do the tabs match the SPAN app? A screenshot would be good.

Integration : 2.0.8
Firmware : spanos3/r202627/06

There is a mismatch between the span app and the integration regarding the amperage rating. I just logged into the web interface and noticed that the "new" interface does not show the tandem breaker information either.

Thanks for that info. Yes there are two issues, one is you don't have the firmware support for the API that allows us to read the data and the second is the integration needs a fix. I'll see what I can do on the second point. The first point will resolve soon but ensure you are on 2.1.0 or nothing will work then we will get a point release out to fix the integration for your issue.
