Currently, users only get election updates when they restart the app. There should be an option to turn on notifications for certain elections. This will send a Push Notification through Apple Push Notification service and alert the user that there has been an update. Ideally, this notification should also include the results themselves, if feasible to fit in the payload.
Completion Criteria: Election's can be subscribed to and updates are pushed to the User through Apple Push Notifications.
