Wooden hoe does nothing on 26.2 version of minecraft

Hi, this plugin worked perfectly fine up until version 26.2. I’m running it on Purpur 26.2‑2605‑5ad64ac (experimental build), Java 25.
The plugin works fine, but the wooden hoe does nothing when I try to fix an item frame or make it invisible.
The console doesn’t show any errors, the plugin is loaded, and the permissions imagemaps.toggleFixed / imagemaps.toggleVisible are set.
