Drag and drop bugs on Windows

The drag and drop in the TrackAreaWidget doesn't work as smoothly on Windows as it does on Linux due to differences in how Windows handles mouse events.

I noticed similar behavior on MacOS. The track thumbnail would essentially freeze after initiating a drag and no reordering would occur.
