MinecraftForge Support past 1.20.1

There doesn't appear to be any MinecraftForge support past 1.20.1. If I made a PR that changed that, would you consider merging it?

Really thank you for your efforts on bringing back Forge support, and yes, if the PR is of good quality we're willing to do so, however you should open PRs against a new 1.21.x-forge branch, instead of updating 1.20.1-forge.

Please be aware that we haven't done that due to the maintenance cost, so if you take this on, you would need to keep maintaining compatibility for the new branches when we update the mod’s internal APIs over time. We’ll notify you when the changes are being made, and if it ever becomes too heavy, we can discuss sharing the load.

Furthermore, we could continue the discussion on our Discord, which would provide an easier way for coordinating the branch strategy and ongoing maintenance.
