simple 'all chat' config option

Feature Description

from what i can tell this doesnt seem to be an obvious option in the config, which is suprising, but the reason i got this mod was to play a simple sound (i love how you can set the pitch and volume too!) whenever a chat messsage is sent from people, and while it certainly seems possible to set this with all the fine control this gives you its proving to be less than a simple matter to set it up that way (possibly just me) so i thought i might as well comment on it here. its definately possible, that much i can assume but a simple setting would be handy here for less capable modders. thanks for reading this

Use Case

this would be useful for less technically capable players that simply wish to have all player chat messages give off a soung of some kind (for being tabbed out this would be handy, even more so with the power of the tools already present configurability)

also in the default settings having a test button would be helpful as well, for using sounds other than default

Not a bad idea in theory but I'm not convinced it can be made much simpler without breaking consistency.

To be clear, all you have to do is add a trigger, change the type to translation key and set the message to . - the key selector tab in the trigger editor also tells you this.

The default sound option should indeed have a test button, that's valid.
