[Bug]: All Ender Storage items missing from Creative Menu and JEI when "Quark Mod" config is changed to disable "hedges"

This is an oddly specific issue.
If you have both Ender Storage and Quark (by Vazkii) in the same modpack, and you edit Quark's config file to disable the addition of Hedges, it removes all Ender Storage items (Ender Chest, Ender Tank, and Ender Pouch), from the creative mod inventory and JEI's item list.
However, the items are still obtainable in game by crafting and via the give command. And, the recipes to craft said items do appear in JEI when looking at what can be crafted with the ingredients of these items (Ender Pearl, Wool, Obsidian, etc.).

How to replicate:

Add Ender Storage, Quark, and JEI (along with all required dependencies) to a modpack.

First, launch a world with an unedited Quark config.
Check JEI and the Creative Menu (Items should be present)
Close game

Then, edit Quark's config file to disable the "Hedge" feature by setting it to false (should be Line 118)
Relaunch the game and launch a world.
Check JEI and the Creative Menu (Items will be missing)
Use JEI to check what can be crafted with Ender Pearls, Wool, Obsidian, etc.
See items recipes are present.
Close the game.

Finally, edit the Quark config one last time, and reenable the "Hedge" (true)
Then, edit any other quark feature and set it to false.
Relaunch the game and launch a world.
Check JEI and the Creative Menu (Items should be present once more.)
