[OntoMOPs] SPARQL endpoint not functional

The SPARQL endpoint in the mops.env (http://mops.theworldavatar.io:3838/blazegraph/namespace/ontomops_ogm_dummy/sparql) is not reachable. Consequently cannot currently run the assembly notebook.

Having investigated this, I suspect the alias never actually worked. A number of changes on the server would be necessary to make this work, and these would generally be ok, but the current situation on that particular machine makes it more trouble than it's worth. Let's fix this at a later, more convenient time.
