"Hide fullscreen actions" setting does not fully disappear actions on certain YouTube versions

Describe the bug

On a build with YouTube version 20.21.6 (the last supported for ios 15), YouMod does not fully disappear the settings, instead squishing them into a smaller bar.

Steps to reproduce

1. Turn on the "Hide fullscreen actions" setting
2. Open a youtube video
3. Enter fullscreen
