Subject: [PATCH] Verify and validate Phase 1 corpus formalization

- Verified `architecture/manifest.mdx` correctly lists and maps the structural anatomy.
- Verified `architecture/prime-invariant-a0.mdx` correctly locks in Axiom P1/P0, Process Science, Computational Masonry, and Mungu Theory definitions as requested by user.
- Verified definitions include the explicit requirement to "lock in" concepts.
- No file changes were needed as requested concepts were already fully and correctly implemented.
