Subject: [PATCH] chore: verify architectural manifest and prime-invariant
 definitions

- Verified that `architecture/manifest.mdx` correctly maps the core artifacts for all 4 phases.
- Verified that `architecture/prime-invariant-a0.mdx` already explicitly locks in the definitions for Process Science and Computational Masonry.
- Verified that Axiom P1/P0, Mungu Theory, and the paradigm shift from Behavioral Alignment to Structural Enforceability are fully formalized in `prime-invariant-a0.mdx`.
- Checked documentation integrity via `mintlify broken-links`. No changes were necessary as the requested state already matched the repository state.
