OverflowError: cannot convert float infinity to integer

using the case9241pegase.m from matpower8.1/data

from matpowercaseframes import CaseFrames
cf = CaseFrames('case9241pegase.m')

results in OverflowError: cannot convert float infinity to integer as there are Inf and -Inf values in the file.

That error didn't appears at my machine.

I try using pure parser:

CASE_NAME = "case9241pegase.m"
cf_case9241pegase = CaseFrames(CASE_NAME)

and using octave

from matpower import start_instance

m = start_instance()
CASE_NAME = "case9241pegase.m"
cf_case9241pegase_lc = CaseFrames(CASE_NAME, load_case_engine=m)

Can you try update pandas, numpy, matpowercaseframes, etc?
