Caschost SQL connection error

I'm running my sql server on port 3304 and no matter what I do I cannot seem to get CascHost to connect to the server on that port. I've checked and double checked the login info. Does the sql connection portion accept "127.0.0.1:3304"? I'm at a loss here.

Yup. I moved to a new PC and am getting this issue again. No idea how I fixed it last time.
