Currently the minimal commission for the merchant in TPoS is 1%.
Many XSN users are staking via TPoS on their own VPS, meaning they are their own merchant.
Therefore, 1% of the rewards will be held on their own VPS (hot wallet), instead of their local wallet (cold wallet).

Provided it is technically feasible and does not introduce any vulnerabilities, it would be great to be able to select a zero percent commission when configuring TPoS, which would allow for a 100% cold-staking solution.
