This problem you solve like this:

• Install p7zip to extract ZIP files. Download link: http://sourceforge.net/projects/p7zip/files/p7zip/
• Installation
  tar -jxvf p7zip_16.02_src_all.tar.bz2
cd p7zip_16.02/
make
make install
• Unzip
  7za x e4e.zip
