False positive for Rider app.jar file [BUG]

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to jetbrains.com/rider/download and download .zip;
2. Unpack .zip;
3. app.jar probably has something that is being blocked by the company as soon as it hits the disk, like it happened with the old 3rd-party....jar file.

Expected behavior
Should be unpacked fine.
