Star does not spawn on enemy kill count trigger

In Eureka C9, Star 4 does not spawn after killing the 10 goombas on the quicksand with hacktice.

Hack: Eureka
Stage: C9
Star: 4

When I enter the stage normally, it works. When I enter the stage with the stage jump feature, it doesn't.
