There are three Boos in a stage that were carried over from the vanilla courtyard by the hack creator so they have the 12 star spawn requirement attached to it. However, if I enter the stage on hacktice on a 130 star file via quick access menu, they never spawn anyways. Only if i enter the stage traditionally.
