WinGet package changes

[ShemSargent-ICTWA]

WinGet package now includes Microsoft.UI.Xaml.2.7. Also the WinGet version in the URL in the script is no longer valid. And the target of the AEA is no longer valid.

Not ready to do a pull request, but here is modified code that worked for me.
