Standardize how we capitalize curl

I think i've seen it as "curl", "cURL" and "CURL" in different spots (and logos)

I'm probably most guilty of using the cURL spelling, and waybackmachine shows that the upstream project got rid of their cURL logo used as recently as last year, so it seems that even upstream the project is just curl these days.
