`aptible db:dump` doesn't display friendly error messages anymore

$ aptible db:dump healthify-staging-elasticsearch
This command only works for PostgreSQL
$ aptible version
aptible-cli v0.5.15

After an gem update aptible-cli,

$ aptible db:dump healthify-staging-elasticsearch
