Issue created to track a discussion around if we would like to have more than just example-nextjs deployed and if so, how we'd like to achieve that. Sparked by this comment:

Having lots of subdomains doesn't make sense to me - it's going to sprawl very quickly. Using a single example.arcjet.com or examples.arcjet.com domain with an index page pointing to them all is going to be easier to maintain and direct people to. This is possible on Vercel with some setup, so I suggest we explore that first.
