why can't I use SFVIP player abroad

I can make use of SFVIP in my home country. Ik can receive Streams, VOD and Series

However when I am abroad I can read the content, and also the sub categories.
But playing one of the stream is not possible. Not in VOD, Series or stream. I get everytime the message "Loading Failed"

I tried also with vpn, but this gives me the same result.
How can I solve this issue.
