In my analysis, I observed 581 pre-mapped variants (out of 358009 total) align to multiple post-mapped variants in experiment sets 1 and 60. I suspect this may be due to variants that span exon-intron boundaries for experiment set 1, and for manual correction in experiment set 60, as the target sequence was not properly formatted upon score set submission. We should investigate these in more detail.
