Incorrect Gcode command

Thanks for the report, and especially for attaching the debug bundle — that let me pinpoint the cause right away.

The good news: your machine and the job itself are fine. What's happening is a small configuration hiccup in your machine profile. In your custom "Grbl (Compat) (for Hal)" command set, the "Set Speed" template contains the literal text 6000. That field doesn't hold a speed value — it holds a G-code command template (something like F{speed}). So every time the cutting speed changes, Rayforge dutifully sends "6000" as a command on its own line, exactly where you marked it in bold. GRBL then answers with error:1 ("expected command letter"), because a bare number with no command letter isn't valid G-code, and it halts the stream.

The fix is simple: your moves already carry the feed rate themselves (note the F6000 at the end of your G1 line), so you don't need that template at all. Open the machine settings, go to the G-code section, edit your "Grbl (Compat) (for Hal)" dialect, and in the Command Templates list clear the "Set Speed" field so it's empty. The stray line will disappear and the job should run through. (If you ever do want a standalone feed command there, F{speed} would be the correct entry.)

That said, I think this is an easy trap to fall into — the field looks like it wants a speed number, but it actually wants a command. I'll look into adding a validation warning when a template is just a bare number, so mistakes like this get caught in the settings dialog instead of on the machine.
