Print & Cut wizard not launching

When I try to start align to physical position the wizard does not start.
If I look at the command line output I see

Is this error caused by 4 axis machine?
I have X, Y, Z, A axis. The A controls the rotary.

Yes, this is caused by your 4th (A) axis: your machine reports a 4-value position (MPos:X,Y,Z,A), but the wizard expected exactly 3 values and crashed while parsing it. Fix is up in #395 — thanks for the report!
