As shown in the attached video, when changing the Timezone setting from default UTC to Pacific, the values on the X axis of the stacked bar chart do not shift. Notice how the top time values in the output of the query results change from hour "20" to "13" but the "8 PM" tick mark on the X axis stays the same.

This was originally tracked as part of #1057 but that issue morphed to tracking the loss and restoration of timezone support elsewhere in the app. With its closure we've now got timezone support working again in the Inspector/Table/Detail views, so this issue tracks just the remaining problem with the X axis.
Repro is with Zui Insiders 1.17.1-insiders.12 which is based on Zui commit 2a2e793.
