Browserstack windows hanging in halfpipe CI/CD set-up

We are running our UI tests on different browser using a licensed browser stack product, but we have been facing a lot of timeouts recently where the Browserstack window gets hung!?

We have a default timeout of 1hour and the tests usually take 20mins to run successfully
