1. Place in your "single.php", it will generate a normal digg button in your single post page.
2. It's always recommended to rewrite above code with function_exists() checking : by using this method... i can able to display in post but i can't able to display in any of the page

Confirm that this bug is exists. I get the error:
Warning: Missing argument 1 for BaseDD::BaseDD(), called in /wordpress/wp-content/plugins/digg-digg/include/dd-manual.php on line 123 and defined in /wordpress/wp-content/plugins/digg-digg/include/dd-class.php on line 97

That's because of empty constructor for DD_Digg class in this function.
And this DD_Digg class looks like this:

class DD_Digg extends BaseDD{

}
