Allow a prop for hiding `per_page` dropdown in TablePagination

Problem

This is how the TablePagination looks like

Looks like it's currently not possible to hide the per_page dropdown on the right.
Also, it's currently not possible to render the "first page" as a plain text, rather than number input.

Expectation

TablePagination should be updated to accept a prop, that hides the per_page dropdown, and renders first_page as a plain text.

Thanks for opening the request. I am not convinced we want to allow customizing the pagination. There is an argument to be made about the component always being used in the same way for a consistent user experience across projects. Because the pagination is already used in several apps.

I'd suggest circling the concern back to the design department. They might reconsider the decision and agree to the current consistent way. If they, however, agree to customizations, we can go forward with the proposed changes.
