[Bug](juno): Entering a single digit breaks search in Heureka, Doop & Supernova

Description

I tried to search for an Alert that contained a number in its name.
e.g. /alerts/alerts?predefinedFilter=prod&searchTerm=3
This results in the app to be replaced by an error message.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Supernova / Heureka / Doop
2. Enter a single digit in the Search box
3. See error

Expected Behavior

The search box should treat a digit as a string input for the search.
