File Manager - 403 Forbidden

Description

We just discovered today that we are unable to access file manager for all of our website hosted on Hostinger. Whenever we click on File Manager we get the white screen that says Forbidden 403 (NGINX). The CP is using the Ubuntu 24.04. We have spoken to Kodee to find out if there were any permission changes or firewall updates or even Hostinger VPS server updates but nothing. We have even restarted the VPS and PHPFMH, nothing. Please advise what steps we should take to resolve this issue.

This does happen to my site as well. Before all of it, my Hostinger Malware Scanner scanned that there were malicious files on my account. But when I checked it, the directory wasn't addressed to my website, it addressed to the file manager instead. Is it related?
