prevent tuya updates

after adding all my tuya bulbs to nodered, im not really interested in them updating or using tuya servers,
what is the best way to block access to prevent ota ? setting a local dns to 127.0.0.1 ?

Depends :-)

Some devices can be "Blocked" that way, others get instable ...
