Organization in Bunker Bits/Backgrounds/All the bunker things

Modules need organization.
Less ass naming schemes for images, shared folder for different sized null sprites so less dupes, changes to folder structure, etc.
As long as PresetNames are unchanged mods shouldn't break but there probably should be some changes.
