Glows not rotating with MOPixels

Describe the bug
Glows (such as techion pulse rifle, dummy shielder) no longer rotate with their MOPixels.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Nightly Windows build
2. Use Techion pulse rifle, Dummy shielder at a 45d angle

Expected behavior
In old builds the glows rotated to match the MOPixel rotation using LUA
