Explodex plugin settings toggle is not working

To reproduce:
- Launch Explodex.app
- Open the Explodex menu in Codex/ChatGPT and toggle on/off one of the plugins
- Click restart or exit the settings
- Close Codex/ChatGPT
- Launch Explodex.app and go back to the Explodex settings

Results:
- All plugins are still toggled on

Expected:
- Plugins retain their toggled state
