Feature Description

Currently there is only %s game name variable described in extenstion how-to.
I dont know if there are other variables availiable.
Please add game release year variable. There are a number of games with short names that doesnt narrow search down enough. I belive with game release year it would be much better
for ex. https://www.google.com/search?q=%s %y
