[coverage] Conformance findings: METADATA-037

Surfaced by the multi-language coverage fan-out while conformance-testing these SPEC-IDs against databricks/databricks-sql-nodejs.

Each is committed as an expected-failure (xfail) test in the coverage PR — the test asserts the CORRECT behavior and stays red until this driver is fixed.

• METADATA-037: SEA/kernel path does not expand a bare "%" catalog filter to match-all: getColumns(catalogName:'%', fixture schema+table) returns 0 rows on SEA vs the fixture table's columns on Thrift, because the catalog is forwarded as a literal identifier (cross-protocol row-set divergence, same class as ADBC issue 593)
