Add `wip` as context to commit-msg hook

I'd like to see wip (work in progress) added to the list of possible contexts.

wip(TICKET-ID): An elaborate commit message // or
wip: An elaborate message

Is this really a good idea ? Sounds like a implicated requirement for a hook that check ls commit messages for wip ?
