unable to send from wallet

sending from https://wallet.decred.org/#/ no longer works, just says “could not send payment: BADREQUEST”
also, if one tries to show the QR code, it slides up and then disappears without actually showing the QR.
tried on Chrome and Chrome incognito - same issues on both.

This has been fixed by the BWS rollback to decred/bitcore-wallet-service@d16e998
