error_code 3 (BadWindow (invalid Window parameter))

When i'm truing to run your labelling tool the window doesn't react to any mouse clicks and terminal shows the following message:

[15154:0522/153905:WARNING:x11_util.cc(1407)] X error received: serial 14334, error_code 3 (BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)), request_code 3, minor_code 0 (X_GetWindowAttributes)

I got the same error. Did you find a solution to this? Is it related to the version of npm or node? Thx in advance.
