As the title suggests. Bare folders cannot be uploaded.
Steps to Reproduce
Drag in a folder into any file-accepting page/input.
Expected Behaviour
Should show an appropriate error message saying folders aren't supported, or the underlying code should be updated to support them. Could be updated to allow an uploaded zip to be extracted in the file explorer pages.
