Note is trying to be created inside a last selected file

When I select Note and then press "New Note"

I receive "Failed to create the new note." and "Window" output in "Output" (Ctrl + Shift + U) tells me that there is no such directory as "{note_directory}/{selected_note}/{name_of_the_new_note}"

Issue persists even if I deselect note or restart the VS Code
