Replacing instances of division

I have noticed that there are multiple instances where division is used and could be replaced
G_ticker does dozens of unoptimized divisions
D_Doomloop too
I think it's inlining some other functions into them and that's where these are coming from

We were looking at this fork https://github.com/Cavencruiser/GBADoom-kippy-retail-gba-controls-merge-/tree/master .

You can check this by disassembling the elf
arm-none-eabi-objdump -d GBADoom-kippy-retail-gba-controls-merge-.elf >doom.txt and then searching for calls to aeabi_idiv

Disabling lto might give more insight into it, some of them might be from here
